This weekly class offers a supportive space for those navigating cancer and survivorship. While committing weekly helps you build consistency and deepen group connection, drop-ins are always welcome.
Each class begins with a check-in, followed by mindfulness meditation, breathwork, and gentle yoga. Movement starts seated in a chair, then transitions to the mat, with the option to remain in a chair throughout. Class closes with a guided relaxation—ideally lying on the floor, though it can also be done from a chair or couch.
For the best experience, please have nearby: two blocks, a strap, a pillow, and a blanket. All levels welcome.
